  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    Caskade London has a 14-day return policy for sales from the date of delivery for unworn and undamaged items. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe to initiate the return process. All returns must be sent back with the original packaging and labels intact. Once the returned items are received and checked, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on the part of Caskade London.
